Spotless Dame initiative aims to Create awareness around menstruation hygiene management to educate girls & women on understanding the practices of being safe during periods and break up the silence to talk and reframe from Shame to Pride and be Safe.

We are Working towards innovation of environmentally friendly low cost pad made of Bamboo Charcoal which can be reused for 5 Long Years named MeraPad (An innovative Product Created and Designed by PraveenLata Sansthan).

This Innovative solution known to Become as The Pad Project – By Women for Women  is empowering Women and Transforming Lives as it focuses on 4 E’s –

  • Education – Creating Awareness around Menstruation
  • Employment – Providing Employment Opportunities who are involved in making Cloth Pads
  • Empowerment – Empowering Women Economically and  Physically by providing a best solution for their good health
  • Environment – Saving our Earth from Sanitary Plastic Waste which causes due to Disposal Pads which takes 500 to 800 years to decompose.

We also organize free Medical & Health Check-up camps across Rajasthan and provide free medications as per doctors’ advice.

  • Our Mission  is to reach out  1,00,000 women with an aim to support them with MeraPad (Menstrual Cares Dignity Pack)  with No Access to Sanitation Facilities living in Slums, Communities and Rural Parts of India, Specially the Tribal Communities, Sex Workers, Women with Mental & Physical Disability & Migrant Laborers
  • Create Open Dialogue among Mens and Boys on pledging to stand and support for  Girls Dignity
  • To Economically Empower 500 Girls and Women by providing them Skill Training on Cloth Pad Making and providing them job Opportunities
  • To Save our Environment from Sanitary Plastic Waste ( 25000 Tons) by 2025
  • Health & Medical Check Up camps as per requirement.

SERVICE DELIVERY

  • 39152 Girls and Women from Tribal Community, Manrega Workers, Women living in Slums, Govt School Girls from Villages  have been supported with Sustainable & Hygienic Washable Cloth Pad Dignity Kit along with Towel, Soap, Panties and MHM Booklet to help them manage their Periods with Dignity
  • 196931 Girls and Women Trained on safe Practices on Menstruation Hygiene and Reproductive health management
  • Saved our Environment from 721 Tons of sanitary Plastic Waste from our Landfills
  • 1262232 Free Disposal Sanitary pads Distributed initially 2 Years of the program
  • Came up with own Innovative Cloth pads made of Bamboo Charcoal which was showcased at Dubai Expo under Innovation category by Startup India
  • 30 Women are provided with sustainable Livelihood Opportunity who earn money by making pads
  • More than 1500 Boys and Men’s engaged who became a part of tht workshop in the rural parts of Rajasthan
  • 75 Boys became a part of the Program working under Internship Program for the Project from University Like SPJIMR, Jaipuria Institute, IIIM, etc

AWARENESS GENERATION

  • Engaging Sarpanch of Villages, ASHA Workers  & ANM, Government School Principals & Teachers & Community stakeholders who are  Engaged to support our initiative in driving and Implementation to reach out the deprived  on Grounds
  • IEC Displayed at Panchayats, Swasth Kendra – PHC, Washrooms in Govt Schools to create awareness, Used Standees, Banners and Posters to create awareness around Safe Practices around Periods.
  • Distributed 50000+ Pocket Diaries on MHM in Government Schools

MEDIA AWARENESS

  • We use Social Media Platforms to create awareness around the subject like Facebook 4729 Followers , Instagram 1350 Followers , Youtube with 400 Subscribers.
  • While Print Media is used for Print Media Coverages. We have been covered by YouthKi Awaaz, Only Interview, Development Files 1344 Community People Benefited with Medical Health Check Up Camps

MEDICAL & HEALTH CHECK UP CAMPS

  • 5 Dental Checkup Camps organized for 500 Children, 400 Community People & 50 Sr Citizens & Free Treatment was provided to 45 patients who were recommended for further treatment.
  • 2 Eye Check up Organized for 450 children’s in 2 Slums and 1 school & 35 specs were given to students who were diagnosed with low eye vision.
  • Free COVID Vaccination Camp organized in association with ICICI Foundation supporting 200 Beneficiaries
