Titlam – Women Entrepreneurship Program

Titlam Women Entrepreneurship Program is designed to support and empower women with existing skills or those seeking to develop new skills to start and grow their own businesses. The program aims to provide women with the necessary knowledge, resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities to become successful entrepreneurs. By fostering entrepreneurship and providing a supportive ecosystem, Titlam aims to promote women’s economic empowerment and foster their contribution to the business world.

Project Objectives:

  1. Skill Development: Enhance women’s entrepreneurial skills through targeted training programs, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives.
  2. Business Incubation: Provide support and guidance to women in transforming their business ideas into viable ventures through incubation and mentorship.
  3. Access to Resources: Connect women entrepreneurs with financial resources, market opportunities, business networks, and relevant industry information.
  4. Peer Support and Networking: Foster a strong community of women entrepreneurs, facilitating peer-to-peer learning, collaboration, and networking.
  5. Sustainability and Growth: Equip women with the tools and strategies to sustain and scale their businesses for long-term success.

The Women Entrepreneurship Program targets women from diverse backgrounds who have a strong interest in entrepreneurship and wish to start or grow their own businesses. The program is designed to support both women with existing skills and those seeking to develop new skills in various sectors. The targeted beneficiaries of the program include:

    1. Existing Women Entrepreneurs: Women who have already started their businesses but require further support and resources to scale up, enhance their business acumen, and overcome specific challenges they may be facing.
    2. Aspiring Women Entrepreneurs: Women who have business ideas or aspirations but need guidance, training, and resources to transform their ideas into viable business ventures.
    3. Women with Vocational Skills: Women who possess vocational skills, such as artisans, craftspeople, or individuals skilled in traditional arts, who want to leverage their skills to establish sustainable businesses.
    4. Women from Marginalized Communities: Women from marginalized communities, including low-income backgrounds, rural areas, ethnic minorities, or disadvantaged groups, who face additional barriers in accessing business opportunities and resources.

    7. Young Women Entrepreneurs: Young women who are enthusiastic about entrepreneurship and want to start their businesses at an early stage. The program aims to equip them with the necessary skills and support to kickstart their entrepreneurial journeys.
