
LAADLI is a Remedial Education Program which focuses on overall development of vulnerable girls who have dropped out or are irregular in going to school. It aims to help these girls bridge the education gap and enrol back in school by bringing their educational learning level at par for their age/grade.
Our Program aims to
- Creating awareness on gender equality & promoting girls education – Through our remedial Education centre we focus on making the center a strongest pillar in creating awareness on interventions taken by state/central government by leveraging existing community & government resources to bridge the gap of girls who are not regular by bringing them back to School.
- Remedial education support – The center will play an important role by supporting underprivileged girls by bringing their educational learning level on par for their age/grade for specific subjects like science, maths, hindi and imparting basic literacy, Including creative learning & computer Our approach is to make them learn beyond academics, peer to peer learning and one on one mentorship of girls through interns/fellows focusing on their Individual and help them be regular or enroll dropouts back to school
- Support System to Government Schools – To increase Retention & working together in Behavioral change of parents and children.
- Upgradation of Infrastructure support in Government Schools
- Vocational Training for Students in Government Schools
- Focus on Life Skills & Soft Skills
- Outreach Scholarship Support : Supporting Students with Scholarship to continue their Higher Studies

IMPACT OF WORK
REMEDIAL EDUCATION SUPPORT
- 680 Girls have been enrolled back to school who had dropped out or irregular to school by helping them to bridge the gap of education through Remedial Education Program
- 13158 Girls were supported with Educational Materials for continuing their studies
- 125 Girls Benefited through Outreach Scholarship Program for continuing their higher studies
- 39 Life Skill and 45 Soft Skill Workshop organized for overall development of children
- Community School providing Free Schooling support to around 120 Children living in Slums with 0 Literacy Ratio
- 20 Shiksha Sakhis (Ambassadors) promoting girls education in their community.
- 1031 Interns and Volunteers Joined the Program from across The Globe contributing 68061 Manhours.

- 5 Water Cooler Installation in Govt School & NGO
- 20 Rugs for Classroom in 2 Government School
- 2500 Note Books & Stationery & 550 Bags were provided to Anganwadi Kendra in Villages
- 500 girls supported with school uniforms, School Bags & Sweaters.
- 2000 Children supported with Education Kits in Govt Schools
AWARENESS ON GOVT INTERVENTIONS
- Created awareness among more than 250,000 people through various Road shows & initiatives
- Tie up with 100+ Govt Schools to focus on Behavioral change & Increase in Retention
- Stopped 15 child marriages
- Association with 4 International Campaigns Orange Your World, Girl Rising, Asian Girl Campaign, World Urban Campaign
- Tie up with Organizations like SPJIMR, IIIM, JIMS, Subodh Collage of Boys, AISEC,TISS etc
RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
- Special Movie Screening Organized on Various Topics for 5500 Children @ Cinepolis with participation of 10 govt schools, 6 private schools and 20 Ngos
- 15 Recreational activities organized which included onground visits like field trips, visit to Balmela, Food Processing unit, Army Cant etc
REWARDS & RECOGNITIONS
- 20 girls were recognised with Medal & Cash Reward from govt school who scored maximum marks in 8th & 10th Board Exams
- 25 Girls were recognized by Govt of India with Bycycles
- 15 Girls have been recognized with Laadli Excellence Award by Princess Diya Kumari and Tejaswani Gautam IPS
- 3 Children provided with full educational scholarship for further continuing their studies in Private School
